The Property
A beautiful single family home in a great residential community within 4 miles of beaches and Naples 5th Ave South. This is our vacation home and is truly ‘home from home’. The house has hardwood floors throughout (except for tiled bathrooms) and the kitchen is newly refurbished with solid wood maple cabinets and granite worktops plus stainless steel finish appliances. There is a fabulous large (30’ x 12’) solar heated pool with child protection fencing and a wonderful covered lanai with teak furniture. Boasting two lounges plus dining room plus kitchen plus utility plus 2.5 bathrooms plus 4 bedrooms this home will accommodate a large family or a couple wanting space. The bedrooms comprise one king plus one queen plus two twin rooms. There is a large driveway leading to a double garage and generous space to front sides and rear of the property.
The Location
If you are not familiar with Naples it is a Floridian ‘secret’. A sophisticated and elegant vacation destination; yet relaxing and casual and friendly. The beaches are white and sandy whilst the gulf waters are turquoise and gentle. The house is located in the well established and mature residential community of Kings Lake. Our neighbours live and work here so we ask visitors to respect the neighbourhood. Within one mile of the house is Kings Lake shopping plaza and shops including Publix (here you will find most of your day to day grocery needs) and Starbucks (kick back and enjoy a leisurely read as you drink your favourite coffee/tea). Within six miles is the Coastland Shopping Mall which incorporates an amazing food court in addition to major US retailers including Sears / Macys / JC Penny / Dillards.

Imagine sunny blue skies and warm balmy breezes; you have arrived in the tropical paradise of Naples. The average daytime temperature is 77ºF. Naples is mainly dry with occasional showers but rainfall is common late afternoon/early evening June – September.
NB The hurricane season is officially June – November inclusive. However apart from Andrew in 1992 and Wilma in 2005 Naples has not experienced significant hurricane damage to date.
